1840's Historic Home

These homeowners have enlisted the help of our designer multiple times as they improve this historic home for their growing family. 

A thoughtful, covered porch addition provides a comfortable place to cook and gather outdoors. All materials are low-to-no maintenance keeping this space looking fresh with little effort.  

The basement was previously unfinished and unused until we configured and designed interior stairs and a family room in the previously underutilized basement. The new stairs complement the existing stairs so nicely, that one might not realize they were added 170 years later.
