Babcock Bungalow

The remodel of this property actually included renovation of an entire single family home as well as three attached apartments. Selections were carefully made to maintain the character of the home while also reflecting the personality of the young, growing family within its walls.

The kitchen features classic patterned mosaic flooring paired with two-tone cabinets which create a beautiful contrast with the original hardwood flooring in the adjoining dining space. A once-awkward breezeway was transformed into a den complete with a wet bar. Adjacent to the deck and hot tub, this is a favorite late-night hangout spot for adults.

The primary received a big glow-up when a full bath was added within the existing footprint of the room. There were two apartments in the lower level of the house and one over the garage that needed an overhaul. New cabinetry, quartz tops, LVT flooring, and careful space planning turned these drab quarters into bright and modern apartments that rented out immediately!
